This collection represents years of saving inspirational quotations from
a multitude of sources. It was started originally by Myla Kent. Myla would
find a good quote, jot it down, and then proceed to tuck these little
bits of wisdom into books, up on her cubicle at work, you name it.

She decided to digitally share them this way back in September of 1996,when this little site was one of a handful of "Inspirational Quotes" websites on the web back then. She never imagined that a tiny site dedicated to her passion for the written word would become a website that, still, after all these years, continues to be visited thousands of times each week (by now literally millions of times since inception) by people the world over.

Rhiannon exemplified the meaning of many of the inspirational quotes you'll find within this site.
